Paula is a human dynamo

Our property was sold to us super fast as we were keen to buy it but an auction was coming up fast and we needed to make our offer unconditional. Paula negotiated quickly and efficiently with the buyers and whisked in builders and inspectors at a moment's notice to ensure everything went smoothly. Paula Works Hard

Paula sold our house under difficult circumstances due to the conditions we placed on her. Regardless, Paula took up the challenge and dealt with any obstacles when they arose. I was impressed with her knowledge of the current market conditions, and how she used it to formulate a sales strategy for us. Paula has a network of people to assist with any tasks requiring attention, and I observed her deal honestly, efficiently and professionally with all. All the stress of getting your house ready for sale was done for us. Paula is amazing

Our house was 15 years old and needed a LOT of love. Paula came along with her band of merry men and women/tradies and helped us bring it back to it's former glory for a very reasonable cost. Her staging package is to die for and I think the reason we did so well in the sale, and of course Paula's amazing negotiating skills. She handled all the stress with negotiations and came back to us when she had negotiated a price that was $25 000 over what we were happy with. I cannot recommend her highly enough...my only slightly not positive thing is that she SOLD our house so QUICKLY (3 weeks) that now I'm madly trying to find a rental to move into (yes, I know Paula you did say it would sell quickly but 3 weeks unconditional I was not expecting). You are amazing!
