We searched for Andy Phythian after reading all his positive reveiws. So glad we did as we were extremely happy from wo to go. His youth was a little concerning at first but his wealth of knowledge along with his easy going nature had us confident in our choice for Andy to work with us. Ours was a difficult sale which Andy negotiated professionally and kept us closely informed each step. He was always available and was never an issue being after hours.
