Significant Issues and Lack of Professionalism

I had a very disappointing experience as a buyer working with Jessica. Communication was consistently poor, and key information that I needed to make informed decisions was not shared with me in a clear or timely manner. This created serious issues that resulted in over $2,000 in unexpected legal fees and left me in a predicament that caused me to miss out on the property market for around four months. Based on how the situation unfolded, some aspects of the process felt highly concerning and, to me, appeared potentially unethical — or at the very least showed a lack of professional diligence. While others may have a different experience, I would advise buyers to be extremely cautious and ensure all details are thoroughly checked and confirmed in writing.
