Our experience with Tammy had been so wonderful

We met Tammy while trying to purchase our first home after moving from overseas. Needless to say that this was a stressful time for our family. Right from the start, she was very kind, honest and helpful, which made the already complicated process of buying a home less daunting. After dealing with many agents and looking at a plethora of properties, one thing that definitely sets her apart from other agents is that she is not pushy or overbearing at all. When we found our current home, the asking price was over our budget, and Tammy was able to negotiate on our behalf with the seller, who was out of state, to reduce the price such that both parties were happy. After signing the contract, she helped us find a home inspector, pest inspector, and a solicitor, which made the process less complicated for us. Throughout, from the very start all the way to when the contract was finalized, Tammy always made sure to check in and respond to our never ending emails and messages. When meeting us to hand over the keys, she brought our little ones a gift, which was very thoughtful. Our experience with Tammy had been so wonderful that when we cross path with her in our community, it still brings a smile to our face.
