Plan A Property Group has been managing my property for a number of years. They are knowledgeable, efficient and lovely to deal with. They regularly exceed my expectations of the role of a property agent. Besides managing the tenant, they look after payment of all of my rates and other expenses for the property, and provide me with a summary at financial year end, which I can simply provide to my accountant.
