Highly recommend!

I reached out to Plan A Property after they were recommended on a community page, and it was the best decision I made! I am a first-time landlord and was entirely unschooled on the process. Craig from Plan A was not only the first to get back to me when I sent out enquiries to several different agencies (on new years eve, no less!), he was the only agent to immediately put in writing his agency's fees and processes. Transparency, right from the get go. Craig has taken time to explain things to me as a newbie to the leasing world and recommended providers for handyman and cleaning work who have all been excellent. Craig and his partner manage all the agency properties themselves, there's no outsourcing. It's a very personal, caring and flexible service that has gave me real peace of mind as I packed up my life to move overseas.
