Fantastic Agent

Shelley at Plan A has been a fantastic agent to deal with. Very prompt and professional, but with a warm and personal touch. We have moved into a rental apartment and Shelley has gone above and beyond, attending to repairs and improvements that we didn't think to request, before we moved in. We couldn't be happier!
