Warm and friendly service, always contactable

Corrine was so very helpful right from our first phone enquiry about the property. She even gave up a big part of her day off to show us through the home as it was our only opportunity to see it as we were up from Sydney. She did not hurry us through and checked immediately with her office with one of our obscure queries. She had an excellent knowledge of the property and suburb - and the mid north coast region.

A True Professional

Tyson was involved with the sale of our 2 1/2 acreages in Lake Innes from the start to finish. We found Tyson to be passionate about his career and far more knowledgeable than his years. An absolute pleasure to deal with and a true gentleman. Tyson kept us informed on the prospective buyers that he was handling and made sure that we were kept update on all open houses and private viewings. The real estate industry can at times receive some bad reviews, however if Tyson is any example of what the younger agent is bringing to the industry it will be truly something to look forward to.

Outstanding Agent

We used Corrine Cunningham from Platinum & Co Real Estate to sell our 2 1/2 acres at Lake Innes. This was our 8th family home over our 40 years of marriage, not to mention several investment properties that we bought and sold, so we have dealt with quite a few agents over the years. We can honestly say that Corrine and her team of support staff and agents were by far the best we have ever used. From our first meeting we realised that she was passionate about the real estate industry and knew the market. Corrine's valuation was detailed and as it turned out she achieved the top end of the price range that was quoted. At the time of listing our property there were 15 acreages in the adjoining suburb of King Creek, so we were up against some competition. Corrine worked tirelessly marketing our property and not missing an open home. We sold within 8 weeks with several buyers and offers on the table. King Creek still had 15 properties on the market after we had sold (they should have used Platinum & Co). Corrine sold our property for a street record $425,000 over the previous record. During the whole process we were kept up to date with statistics from the net, office enquiries, their data base follow ups and feed back from open homes. Overall what stood out the most from our experience was that Corrine was honest in all of our dealings, a workaholic and one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure to deal with in any business.
