Richard was helpful, reliable with knowledge and advice.

When I first contacted he was available for an inspection and advised us when we suggested a price. After we had the pest and constuction inspection, losing the first contract, Richard gave me further helpful advice. We lowered the price and received another offer. As I was living in Ipswich at this time, he assisted with pool management and kept me informed when I needed to mow the yard.
