Daniel had the tough job of selling our very pretty colonial cottage. It had a number of positives but also a couple of big negatives - good location, poor position, no parking. Within two weeks of being on the market we had received two offers. Daniel provided what proved to be sound advice and managed some delicate negotiations to bring home the final deal. Very happy with the end result...and the Veuve Clicquot, though I don't know if that's a part of the service or just a celebration of a great job.
