Agent Extraordinaire

We had not been looking forward to putting our house on the market because we’d heard the market was ‘soft’, but the time had come for us to down-size. We interviewed a couple of agents who had been recommended to us, but decided to give Kym the job of selling our house because we liked her style and because she has such a good record of selling property in our suburb. She is very pleasant and not in the least pushy, which was important to us, but also she has the almost uncanny ability to match up prospective buyers to the properties on her books. The whole selling process went much more smoothly than we had expected, and we believe that both the buyers and ourselves were very pleased with the outcome.
