Great agency

The PM team is great to deal with for sale’s or leasing. Unfortunately we had a problematic tenant in our property and I was always reassured not to worry. The PM team took care of everything from NCAT to insurance claim and finding a new tenant in two week after possession. This is my second experience with a bad tenant and the last agent was hopeless and I ended up taking the agent to QCAT. The PM team was excellent and delivered on everything promised.
