Eligibility Snapshot
You must meet all of the following:
Residency
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Lived in the ACT for at least 6 months
Home Ownership
Must not own or part-own any residential property in Australia
Income
Combined gross household income (previous 52 weeks) must fall within CHC's Affordable Housing Program limits
Household Matching
Properties are allocated according to household size and composition,
Example: a Couple with one child typically suited to a 2-bedroom property.

Property Inspection
If your application is successful and you are offered a suitable apartment, you will have the opportunity to inspect the property before deciding whether to proceed with the tenancy.
Pets
CHC supports responsible pet ownership.
Pets may be approved under CHC's Pet Guidelines. A Pet Application Form is required and must be approved before any pet moves in.
