Highly Professional, delivering above expectations

First and most importantly, Nick, with the help of his brother Alex, sold two of our properties for more than we had anticipated. The combined total was over 20% over what we thought we’d get for them. We had some rather unusual things happen throughout the process. Nick managed these “issues” with grace and a big smile. What made him, or should we say they, perform so well is their creative approach to selling. The videos they produced were excellent and yielded a tremendous amount of interest in each one of the two properties. The videos were witty, playful and catchy, but they still managed to get through important features professionally. It is easy to tell that they actually love what they are doing; it comes through very clearly in the videos. The videos were then expertly marketed, resulting in a large number of inquiries and a good number of interested buyers, giving rise to a bidding war at the end. Throughout the process, Nick and Alex were excellent communicators, easy to deal with, and saw solutions rather than problems. We are happy to recommend Nick and Alex to anyone selling a property.
