Supportive, honest, and determined.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Eden on a difficult simultaneous purchase + sale. We met Eden as the listing agent for the property we wanted to purchase. He displayed a beautiful home, was responsive to our enquiries and was genuine in his communications. We hadn't yet listed our own property as we were waiting to hear from other agents, and Eden, within an hour, was at our own property to support our sale. What we loved the most about Eden was that he was not pushy or arrogant, he was genuinely interested in helping us achieve our goals. Eden was committed to helping us to do this which meant that for us to buy our dream home he he had to get a fast sale on our property first. Time being of the essence, Eden managed to get an offer on our house WITHIN 2 DAYS. During the process of buying + selling, Eden was extremely communicative. He ensured that all parties were up to date, were meeting their contractual timeframes, and were satisfied. Most importantly, Eden was very calm although I imagine it was a stressful transaction for him to navigate as an agent. In total we managed to offer and settle within 3 weeks. AMAZING!
