Sold in 2 weeks!

We highly recommend Barry Devine as a Real Estate Agent who actually delivers on his promises. We had our first open with Barry on the 10th of August and contracts were exchanged at a price we were happy with on the 24th of August. Contrast that with the “leading” local agent who had the property for 3 months without even a genuine offer being made. It’s clear that Barry’s way of selling is a far superior model to the traditional agents who offer the property to the world and boast about the numbers that come to an open house. They then try to have you reduce the price to make an easy sale for them. Barry on the other hand carefully qualified every person who came to see the house and only showed genuine qualified buyers through. Most importantly he sold it! Forget the rest. Our experience showed us that Barry Devine is the best.
