Excellent communicator who cared equally for the vendors next life stage as making the sale

Monique very professional navigating the sales process in a delicate and respectful way knowing it was a big decision for the Vendor and worked hard to not only sell the vendors property but go above and beyond her role to provide them support and assistance in finding their next new home and helping them to negotiate timing to allow them to step confidently into the next stage of their property and life goals.
