The moment we first met Amit, we know our property is in a very skilled/ good hands - he is very professional, on time, done his homework and ready to present his plan/strategy. He knows Schofields area too well, he maximises the use of technology, he is very passionate about real estate and his craft and yet there is still a feel of humility and care. It was just a chance of luck when we called Amit and he answered my husband’ call right away otherwise we could have engaged another agent because we were totally no idea how to pick an agent or whether we will really be going ahead to sell our property. When we met Amit, we felt confident about our decision to sell during this time of pandemic, he answered all our questions well and he set clear timelines. Preparation for the advertisement was very smooth too! Amazing videographer within the team and Amit spent generous time to make sure our ad will standout - he never rush despite his busy schedule or settle for average- he aims for the best. During the open house it was very smooth too, works on Sundays and even scheduled an open house for a weekday to make sure he gathers more people to inspect the house. He gives us update regularly, takes time to meet us even sacrificing his supposed to be his personal time when he should have been home for dinner with his family. All throughout the journey til the auction - we never doubt that Amit could sell our house for a good price or even more. Another thing that we like about Amit’s team is how they maximise the technology. After every open house we receive from them info on who visited, how many times have they visited, and Amit also put relevant notes for each person who visited. He also maximised the use of social media etc. We got an Amazing results! We could not thank Amit and the whole team of Smile Elite that much!
