Reliable, honest and one of the best agents on Bathurst
Sandy is like no other agent I have met in Bathurst, or anywhere really. He prides himself on not being the typical real estate agent and it is a breath of fresh air. I appreciate the lengths he went to to find my family our next home. Sandy took the time to get to know us and found us our next home first go and with easy. This took out a lot of the stress of moving. Whenever I felt stressed Sandy was the patient, calming and positive voice on the other end of the phone that made a world of difference in such a massive moment in our lives. I contacted Jay to get an appraisal on my home and I was impressed with him from the very beginning. Jay was professional friendly and honest. He was upfront about what the value of my home would be, the fees involved and how they would market my home. He answered all my questions and reassured me that as I had already purchased another home interstate that he and his associates would do everything they could to ensure my home sold in a timely manner to enable me to have settlement in time for my purchase to be completed.
