Why would you lease with anyone else?!

I listed my property with PPD not just because of their knowledge and dominance in the marketplace, but with full confidence they would secure a Grade A tenant to look after one of my largest assets. Not surprisingly, they delivered. After ONE open home I had a few high quality applications to choose from, to then a tenant moving in the following week on a 12 month lease, offering more rent per week than was advertised. I love that my home will now be looked after someone who loves it as much as me. Thank you Kat and Eliza for a seamless process and my new Property Manager Ferhat who’s communication and attitude is faultless. I cannot recommend PPD enough.
