Great managing agency for our rental unit in North Bondi

PPD has managed our unit for approximately 5 years now and while tenants have changed, the unit has not been vacant for more than a few days over time. Everything is done on time and regular easy to read reports provided monthly. Even when some staff changes occur at the agency, the service levels continue to be seamless. No problem in recommending this agency to others.
