An excellent experience

Not many people can say they’ve had an excellent experience with Real Estate agents, Alex Philips ,Is an exception to this rule. From the moment I talked with him on the phone ,and got to know his team, and he took on the sale of our apartment he had great professionalism , he is a conscientious and diligent authority on the market and what the clients needs are. I know this is not an easy thing to do , as he’s trying to get the best result for us the client, and for his buyer, you’re managing a dual role and he does this with superb Diplomacy. He was very transparent, at no point did I feel that he was taking me down ‘the garden path,’ we were always on the same page and his communication skills are excellent.
