Steer clear

Alex rejected offers that were higher than the end sale amount. He didn't get the offers in writing. He blamed the client for not being able to sell coastal Sydney property in 'Clovelly's best street' He was asked to not put the end sales price online... but did so after settlement because 'once it settle I (the seller) have no control'.... Total lack of respect for his clients wishes Once things went wrong Alex sought to blame everyone but himself... and yet what was clear as day is that he misread the market. The questions is when selling your house/property, can you afford to use an agent like this? I would steer clear.
