•I am writing this on behalf of my partner & I, to tell the world, if that were possible, to select Alex Phillips as the very best agent to handle the sale of your property..We had been advised to check out 3 agents. However when Alex arrived on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the sale of our home of 37 years we were most impressed by the fact that he works seven days a week ,pretty much unheard of these days! This decision to sell was quite emotional for us but our age has taken its toll so we needed somewhere smaller.Alex was sympathetic, understanding and very kind to us in his explanations of the process and presentation.so, at the end of a couple of hours we decided that he was our man, forget checking another two.A suitable date for the auction was set and then Alex and his super efficient team took off organising the things that needed to be done and we recommend their tradespeople. Window cleaners and rubbish removal etc.,Particular mention must be made of their photographer. Our online advertising came up so well mainly because of his skills. The brochure for the property was also admirable and the board outside the house. A very special mention must be made of Pru Kelly and Gavin Lewis a remarkably efficient part of the team.Alex and the team at PPD worked their 'phones and contacts tirelessly and Alex reported to us personally to us after each inspection. The auction was held in our loungeroom so we were able to closely watch Alex in action which was formidable, he got us to our desired price and then some. In conclusion my advice to any people of the older generation considering selling their homes is to say simply but sincerely ÜSE ALEX PHILLIPS AND YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!
