Teamwork to get the deal done

Tristan and Brandon truly understand that getting a deal closed is not about supporting the party that hired the RE service but allowing both the seller and buyer to find a common ground for agreement. That means conveying information faithfully, assisting with queries, and supporting the needs and expectations of each party, which often differ. Tristan front faced of the deal while all my questions and queries were efficently addresed by Brandon. Having two dedicated realtors really helped. Contract negotiations required more than two weeks and multiple conversations. A vendor based overseas did not help communications and Tristan served as a link and liaised with the vendor solicitors while Brandon picked up all my calls to discuss matters like the situation of the strata plan, how the vendor proposed to structure the sale, managing timelines, deal logistics (leftover furniture, replacement keys...). I can only say Tristan does know what a deal needs to close from both the buyer and the vendor perspectives, and Brandon teams up seamlessly to get the deal to settlement swiftly. As a buyer that didn't hire the service, I was not expecting that level of attention and help. Tristan and Brandon did go the extra mile. Without them, chances are I wouldn't be living in my home now.
