Good Experience with Daniel and Team

We had a good experience with Daniel and his team (thanks Siobhan!) who provided good information about the property and were willing to show it to us a few times to help with our decision. After we had made the purchase and were looking for an investment property they were generous enough to mention some good possibilities even one or two with other agents which I thought was great! They were very helpful and arranging for the contracts to be signed which some to-ing and fro-ing.

Daniel sold my apartment in Randwick for an amount that well and truly surpassed my expectations.

I found him to be extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable,helpful ... I could go on forever. One of the things that I most appreciated was his honesty in giving me truthful feedback and information from the first time he came to the apartment, thus ensuring that my expectations were grounded in reality. He and his PA Siobhan were very organised and efficient in all their dealings with me. They were always cheerful as well, and that's nice during the stress of a campaign! They worked incredibly hard, using their data base to contact possible buyers, and following up assiduously with all the viewers. I can not imagine that they could possibly have done anything more to ensure a positive result. In short, awesome!
