Sound market knowledge, truly professional approach , punctual communication

Catherina was quick to assess what had to be done in order to achieve maximum outcome. and leased with us and other parties, and was always reliable, pleasant and professional. Catharina was such a pleasure to meet and I would recommend her to anyone considering real estate in Ballarat.I appreciated her people skills and kindness , she went over and beyond her role and we were treated as friends. Coming from out off town, it was hard to know where to start but Catharina made the process very easy. I need not have had the sleepless nights as everything fell in place smoothly for us but I appreciate all the hard work behind the scenes. Catharina always read us correctly as to the type of process that would be comfortable and work best for us. The property went for far more than we had expected and to a Ballarat person so we are very happy. Thankyou so much.
