Friendly, relaxed and helpful style

When we first inspected the property Adam meet us and showed us around. He came across as very friendly, easy to talk to, approachable and knowledgable. Well able to answer our questions and queries. He was good at keeping in contact with us, but not pushy. He always promptly rang back when we left a message. We felt he could have pushed a bit harder to provide section 32 to us earlier, but apart from this we were very pleased with his service and happy with the outcome.
