Outstanding!

When asked to write a review for Penny Shields, the first thing that came to mind was what the great American poet and civil rights activist, Maya Angelou, once stated: " I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." During a most exciting but bittersweet journey, Penny was able to give us the most important gift: Peace of Mind. Dr. Angelou would be proud. Penny Shields is the real deal. It is impossible to list all her attributes here. Yes, her tenacity and sharp mind are two fine qualities which serve her well in being the talented Agent she is. But, let it be known that, whatever task Penny sets out to do, she brings along a very special combination of empathy, integrity and sincerity. These attributes, accompanied by her quick wit and humble attitude, are what have ultimately won our hearts....never mind that she did an outstanding job of selling our beloved family home!!
