Communicated well, negotiated the sweetest deal for us

We expressed interest in selling our property and explained the process to us. He contacted our property manager, current tenants, solicitor and arranged for marketing. He pretty much did all the work and negotiated with the interested parties so we could get the best deal (he dealt with all the back and forth).
