When I first Richard to get an appraisal on the property he took the time to to thoroughly review the property and listen to the story of the property which has been in our family for close to 50 years. I had three agents appraise the property and while Richards appraisal was not the highest, I felt it was the most reasonable, not over the top or unrealistic and within the range that our own reseach had found. His sales strategy proposal seemed sensible and not over the top. Prior to the property actually being listed, Richard had found a possible purchaser and asked if we would be interested in letting them have a walk through even though we had not quite completed our preparation for when the property was to be listed. This viewing of the property ultimately led to those people making an offer on the property and with some fairly straight forward negotiation, we settled on an agreed price that both the purchaser and my family were mutally happy with. Once the sale was locked in the rest went quite smoothly and the transition to settlement wet without a hicup. My family and I are very happy with the outcome as is the new owners.
