Very professional and courteous.

I jave known Chris Leonard for over 20 years. I bought 32 Cummins Rd off him and sold it with him 20 uears later. I have sold 2 other house with Chris over this time. He is up front with everything and kept me constantly updated on the progress of the sale. He doesn't dream up some astronomical amount that he says he can get for the house when a 2 year old could tell you it's not feasible. This is done unfortunately by some real estate agents. He explains the drawbacks if any which may complicate the sale and makes you aware of things that might affect a quick sale. I would much rather prefer this method to agents who are out there to line their own pockets but aren't interested in vendor at all. I also had Brittany Holland assisting with the sale of my property. This young lady was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I would be more than happy to recommend either of these 2 real estate agents if someone was considering selling their property.
