She had great knowledge and experience of the property market, and was extremely helpful with us being first home buyers and laying out the steps of how buying a property goes, as well as being extremely patient with all of our questions to help educate us. She was extremely easy to deal with, allowing us to do inspections and walk throughs basically whenever we wanted. She was punctual, informative and extremely easy to deal with. Couldn’t recommend ebony any more!
