Comment of a property vendor having engaged the services of Tim Allen

I recently sold a unit in Ballarat through the services of Tim Allen and found a real estate agent that was wholly professional. He had a no nonsense approach and his predictions materialised pretty much the way that he indicated from the start, so there was no need for me to deal with subtle falsehoods or exaggerations, as can be common in such affairs. He also kept in contact with me and gave me his insights about the current dynamics of the market for more than a year, and possible two, before me getting it on the market, which was very helpful. In short I would describe his assessments and observations as realistic and his advice as unbiased and to the point.
