Richard was excellent to deal with. I would recommend him (& PRD) when selling your home

I had high expectations of Richard and PRD having used this firm in the past. He did not dissapoint. His communication skills were excellent, getting back to me promptly whenever I had a question. He was very professional in his dealings with me and purchasers. Also he valued my property in line with the market (& my expected value), achieving the required selling price. Further supporting his market knowledge was his estimated time to sell the property, which was also achieved within that time frame.
