Little knowledge

When queried about certain aspects the seller didn't seem to know, however, the questions we asked were available to be found on the internet. The agent informed me that the neighbours that were not looking after the rental and had numerous boats a horse float and many cars were moving out in the next 2 weeks. Alas they are still there. This was a reason I was buying as they were leaving. I had a parcel arrive for the previous tenant and informed the agent who told me he would pick it up and forward it to her, This was 5 months ago and once again it is still here. Fairly disappointed, obviously just after the sale.
