Very professional excellent agent for both purchases and sellers

We were so fortunate to meet Martin Waldhoff approximately 5 years ago. He was selling a property in Hobart that we viewed with him. He was so helpful and professional and knew the property inside and out. After viewing the property we felt we were so well informed we had no hesitation in purchasing the property. Martin negotiated our purchase, that we felt was extremely fair to both us and the Vendor. Two years later when we decided to sell the property we had no hesitation in contacting Martin. He secured a sale for us in a matter of weeks achieving an amount higher than we anticipated. By this time we had a excellent rapport with Martin so we decided to ask him to assist us in the sale of our Business - which no other agent had been able to achieve over a period of 4 years. Martin suggested that we split the sale into Business and Property with a leased tenant. He is a genius we sold the Business almost immediately and 8 months later (during COVID-19) he achieved a sale on the Property. We would highly recommend Martin and not hesitate to contact again whether it be to Purchase or Sell a property.
