a pleasant experience, I don't usually like agents but he kept things clear and communicated

Dan had good knowledge of the market in Chisholm and set realistic price range without underselling the property just to get a sale. He communicated promptly with myself after each open house and followed up all interested parties. I found Dan easy to deal with at all times being very honest and personable and saying how it is, ( no bullsit) which i very much appreciated during this process.
