Smoothest sale ever.

I’ve bought and sold a lot of property. There is usually always a problem of some kind, but Cathy and her team are like a well oiled machine. They organised everything, I called them the Monday after my open home, only to discover they’d already narrowed down the final buyers and were in the late stages of negotiation. Purchase Price well above what we asked for, qualified buyers, no headaches. As smooth as silk, would recommend Cathy to anyone wanting to sell in the area.
