Incredible!!

Reece is extremely confident and competent. He was friendly, approachable and had an excellent knowledge of real estate in the area. After initial property valuation by Reece our fears about selling were immediately and significantly reduced. Reece informed us that the property would sell for more than we had thought it was worth. Within a couple of days and after the first open house we received 6 offers on the property and Reece negotiated an excellent price which was in excess of our expectations. The fee structure was excellent compared to other agents we had recently dealt with. There were no upfront fees and the commission was not excessive. We would have absolutely no hesitation in dealing with Reece again for either selling or purchasing and have already and will continue to recommend him to others.
