Friendly agents! Smooth transition!

I recently needed to move after almost 15 years in our last rental! It was a stressful experience in today’s housing market and learning to navigate the changes to rental applications now. However, Ciska (our new property manager and the rest of the Casino team from PRD) was very supportive, friendly and professional to work with. We have now moved into a new rental, the whole process was smooth and electronic so I could pay my Bond, rent payments and complete all other forms electronically, right from my phone. That is a huge benefit of today’s rental market! No more bank cheques, being at the agency to sign documents on multiple days as the process progresses etc. and very handy for keeping them all secure and saved in the same place for future reference too. I cannot recommend PRD more, as a paper free business and most importantly, as friendly, supportive and professional property managers who care about you, their customers, both tenants and landlords. This is a significant difference to many other real estates I dealt with while navigating the stressful and highly overburdened rental market in the Northern Rivers today.
