Our property manager is prompt to contact us about any issues but also provides us with solutions or quotes and is happy to supervise and oversee trades if we need it. I am sure that our tenants also appreciate that matters are dealt with quickly. Marketing, advertising and vetting tenants is done professionally and the downtime with no rent coming in has been minimal.
