I was overseas when I first saw this unit and Kylie had no hesitation in arranging for an inspection to be done outside of the advertised hours. She was genuine, up-front and well researched when it came to the local market. She was always available to answer questions (which was very helpful seeing my inspection was only a few days before the auction). When it came to auction day, she was a great support to both myself and the vendor. The process was so smooth and stress-free that I still can't believe the property is mine. I am more than happy to recommend Kylie.

Wonderful experience for inexperienced vendors!
I knew I'd made the right choice as soon as I entered the agency. As an inexperienced vendor, selling on behalf of an elderly Aunt, Dean and his colleague, Kylie, instantly put me at ease with their genuine interest, kindness, and professionalism. They spent time explaining the whole process to me, discussed the local market and the auction process on which we had decided. Nothing was too much trouble, no question too stupid. They made the whole experience a very positive one, guiding and assuring us when we were unsure. We were nervous on sale day, but had no need to be as the auction was wonderful, the price above our reserve and we got to meet the lovely purchaser which made it very special. Dean is a well presented, thoughtful, professional agent whom I would recommend very highly.

I was heading to another agent when I decided to check out PRD Nationwide Oatley and I'm so delighted I did. From the moment I walked in and met Kylie and her colleagues, I felt instantly at ease and with the warm welcome I received, I knew I'd made the right decision. They took the guess work out of a potentially stressful situation for us, explained their selling and advertising process and put a specific plan in place to market our property. As I lived interstate, their communication was excellent and no question was too much trouble to answer. The result was wonderful and we sold at Auction well above our reserve.
