Honest and earth agent

We cannot speak highly enough of Matt. He was not pushy when we made initial enquiries about the property, he was informative about the local market trends in property sales and rental rates, and he knew the strengths (and limitations) of the suburb in relation to economic activity that would promote growth in property values and rental yields. He handled the negotiation process professionally and again pressure was not his mode of operating, but rather advising and matter of fact, which we appreciated. Sale and post sale processes were very efficiently handled by Matt and his very 'in synch' team. We felt we were in good hands all the way through. J&A
