A seamless experience

Having managed this apartment for some time, Daniel was completely on top of the process of finding a new suitable tenant at the right rental. In reviewing the physical state of the apartment when the tenant left, he recommended that certain work be done, and seamlessly arranged all that was necessary. This was followed by a successful reletting process, again a smooth operation, requiring virtually no landlord input. One would be hard pressed to find a better manager.
