Distance does not matter in managing property

PRD Maroubra has been managing my property for the past 6 months. Despite that their office is over 15 km away from the property, but they truly excelled in managing it. More importantly, all my tenants feel more comfortable with their management too. It proves in today's connected world where everyone is internet and computer literate, together with a good and highly focused property management team, like the one at PRD Maroubra, distance is not an obstacle.
