Genuine, down to earth, local team who seem to generally care about their community

Each individual I've dealt with from the person I met during the site inspection, to the individual who managed the listing, to the receptionist when I picked up the keys all seemed thoughtful and genuine. Process was efficient, digitised and therefore quick & easy. After moving in, the condition report was also digitised which made it easy to complete and make notations. Any issue I raised was dealt with quickly and subsequent property management has been interactions have been easy....almost to easy. I ask a lot of questions and the Property Manager, Daniel, has been patient & thorough. The business seems to have mature professionals who know what they're doing so there's a sense of calm and common sense in how they operate. A refreshing change in an industry littered with questionable people who lack industry knowledge & professionalism. I would recommend PRD as a tenant and would engage with them on a house purchase. Good local business!
