Daniel’s management of our property has been outstanding. There has been a recent change of tenancy. Daniel organised considerable renovations for our property. The renovations were completed to a high standard and a new tenant signed a lease within 3 weeks! We benefit from Daniel’s considerable experience through his advice across all aspects of property management. Daniel has exceeded my expectations in organising repairs for the property, minimising the vacancy of the property and obtaining a suitable tenant.
