I am an investor having various property around Australia and i would have to say that PRD Perez Maroubra would have to be the top of the list when it comes to managing agents. To be more specific Daniel Moddel is the star here for me as i deal directly with him. His communication is always professional and detailed. I have full trust in his ability to manage my assets now and in the future.
