Only Agent able to sell this property!

Over the past few years, we had several agents come through our property. We admit we were aiming quite high with the price, given the location. At least three or four of the top agents had a go at selling it, yet none managed to secure a serious offer anywhere near what we wanted. Steve, however, sold the property within weeks of us listing it and achieved the price we were after. Make no mistake — Steve is probably the best agent in the area, and not by a small margin. Does he wear the fanciest suit? No. Does he promise 25% above market? No. Does he drive the flashiest car? No. Steve is very much a “what you see is what you get” kind of person — no nonsense, just facts. He works hard and gets the job done. I’ve even heard rumours that he reduced his commission to make the sale happen. Like I said above, he is clearly the best agent in Maroubra.
